Smokin BBQ Wings
Ingredients:
chicken, broilers or fryers, wing, meat and skin, raw
sugars, brown
salt, table
spices, chili powder
spices, garlic powder
spices, onion powder
spices, pepper, black
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
catsup
molasses
sugars, brown
sauce, worcestershire
vinegar, cider
lemon juice, raw
mustard, prepared, yellow
salt, table
spices, garlic powder
spices, onion powder

Directions:
There's enough rub and sauce for up to 10 pounds of chicken wings.
Mix dry rub ingredients and seasons the wings generously, refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
Mix BBQ sauce and refrigerate until needed.
Set up your grill for Indirect Heat.
Place the wings on the grill over the drip pan and cook at 350F for 45 minutes.
Add wet hickory wood chips to the hot charcoal in the beginning.
After 45 minutes glaze with barbecue sauce and cook an additional 5 more minutes.
Glaze and repeat 2 more times.
