Mom's Marinated Wings

Ingredients:
sugars, granulated
water, bottled, generic
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
pineapple juice, canned or bottled, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid
oil, olive, salad or cooking
spices, ginger, ground
spices, garlic powder
chicken, broilers or fryers, wing, meat and skin, raw

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except wings; stir until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over wings in a bowl small enough so the wings are covered.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, stirring occasionally.

Put wings on greased cookie sheet; bake 45-50 minutes; basting with remaining marinade occasionally (you can make a new batch of marinade to baste with, if you'd like).
Good served hot or cold.
