Grilled Halibut Skewers
with Charmoula

You’ll Want:
1 cup contemporary parsley leaves
1 cup refreshing cilantro leaves
2 cloves garlic, peeled
Juice of 1⁄2 lemon
1⁄2 cup olive oil
1 tsp paprika (if possible smoked paprika)
1⁄2 tsp flooring cumin
1⁄2 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt and black pepper to style
1 lb halibut, slice into 1" sections
