Bavarian Beef and Noodles
Ingredients:
egg substitute, powder
beef, grass-fed, ground, raw
tomato sauce, canned, no salt added
salt, table
spices, garlic powder
spices, pepper, black
cream, sour, cultured
onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
cheese, cheddar
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat ; drain.
Stir in tomato sauce, salt, garlic salt, and pepper.
In a bowl, combine sour cream, onions,and oodles.
In a greased two quart casserole dish,alternate layers of noodle mixture and beef mixture, ending with beef.Sprinkle behest on top.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
