Simple Hummus
Ingredients:
chickpeas (garbanzo beans, bengal gram), mature seeds, raw
spices, garlic powder
lemon juice, raw
spices, cumin seed
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
salt, table
oil, olive, salad or cooking
Directions:
Drain chickpeas, reserving liquid.
Add remaining ingredients to food processor, blending well to desired consistency.
Add reserved chickpea liquid as needed to get the correct texture.
