2 cups yellow squash, lower into 1/4-inch thick 50 percent moons
1/2 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°.
In a medium bowl blend yellow squash, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper and throw to mix.
Destination the squash on a baking sheet in a solitary layer and bake in the reduced portion of the oven 10 to 12 minutes, or until the backside is golden. Remove and serve instantly.
