Silver Salmon Martini
Ingredients:
sugars, granulated
alcoholic beverage, distilled, vodka, 80 proof
alcoholic beverage, distilled, rum, 80 proof
pineapple juice, canned or bottled, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid
grapes, red or green (european type, such as thompson seedless), raw
lemonade, frozen concentrate, white, prepared with water
egg substitute, powder
Directions:
Place sugar in a small saucer.
Dip the rim of the glass in water and press rim into the sugar to coat.
Mix all ingredients, except caviar or salmon egg roe, in a shaker.
Put the caviar on the bottom of the glass and pour the drink over the caviar.
