Eggfree Sugarfree Pancakes (Healthy)

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
seeds, flaxseed
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
leavening agents, baking soda
spices, cinnamon, ground
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
applesauce, canned, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid (includes usda commodity)
water, bottled, generic
vanilla extract

Directions:
In a big bowl combine flours, flax seeds, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
In a second bowl combine buttermilk, applesauce, water and vanilla extract.
Using a wire whisk combine dry and wet ingredients making sure to incorporate a lot of air into the batter.
Allow dough to rest for 30 minutes.
Heat a non-stick frying pan or griddle and cook pancakes one at a time like you normally would.
Turn pancake when bubbles form on top.
Each side should be golden brown.
Enjoy with your favourite toppings.
