Pesto Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
potatoes, raw, skin
spices, garlic powder
sauce, pesto, ready-to-serve, refrigerated
butter, without salt
oil, olive, salad or cooking
Directions:
Mix the mashed potatoes, garlic, and pesto.
Place in a buttered casserole dish and top with butter slices.
Bake on 350 just until the butter has melted.
Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
