Zucchini Pizza Bites
4 slices large zucchini 1/4? thick (or One medium zucchini lower on diagnal)
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup shredded section skim mozzarella
Directions:
Reduce zucchini about 1/4 inch thick. Spray both aspect frivolously with oil and year with salt and pepper. Broil or grill the zucchini for about Two second on each individual aspect. top with sauce and cheese and broil for an even more minute or 2.
