Radish and Chive Edamame Salad
Ingredients:
water, bottled, generic
edamame, frozen, prepared
oil, olive, salad or cooking
vinegar, red wine
mustard, prepared, yellow
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
radishes, raw
chives, raw
Directions:
1.
Bring 8 cups water to a boil in a saucepan.
Add edamame; cook 3 minutes or until tender.
Drain.2.
Combine olive oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk.
Stir in edamame, radishes, and chives.
