Sautéed Brussels Sprouts

1 lb brussels sprouts (outer leaves eradicated and washed)
1 tbsp much more virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 shallot, minced
kosher salt and refreshing floor pepper


Guidelines:
Finely shred the brussels sprouts following properly washing. Within a sauté pan, warmth olive oil. Include shallots and sauté over 2 minutes, increase garlic and saute until finally golden. Incorporate brussels sprouts, salt and pepper and sauté upon medium-lower for around 4-5 minutes.
