Creamy Mushroom Soup
3 tbsp flour
4 cups water
4 tsp Greater than Bouillon Rooster (or 2 bird bouillon cubes)
5 oz shiitake mushrooms, sliced
8 oz child bella, sliced
1 celery stalk
1 tbsp mild butter (optional)
Guidelines:
Vacation spot chilly water and flour inside a blender and combination until eventually gentle; pour into a medium pot and fastened warm to medium.
Include celery, mushrooms, bird bullion and butter and convey to a boil. Go over and simmer right up until greens are delicate, above 20 minutes. Remove celery and a cup of soup and issue within just a blender, combine right until comfortable, then return it to the pot and simmer a couple minutes.
