Here’s to the outdated female up upon the hill. If she won’t consume it, oh, well—I will!
2 ounces dry gin
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 tablespoon green crème de menthe
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
Juice of 1 lime
Club soda
1. Pour gin, bitters, crème de menthe, powdered sugar, and lime inside of a collins glass with shaved ice.
2. Swirl.
3. Pour with club soda.
4. Swirl all over again.
