Be wonderful to the cabana boy, and he’ll put within just an added shot of rum for you.
2 1/2 ounces light-weight rum
2 ounces pineapple juice
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1 teaspoon 151-evidence rum
1 teaspoon sugar
Sprint Angostura bitters
Iced club soda
1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Insert rums, juices, sugar, and bitters.
3. Shake.
4. Pour into a collins glass.
5. Include splash of club soda and ice to fill glass.
6. Top with a spear of pineapple and papaya chunks.
