1/2 ounce dry vermouth
1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Insert pepper vodka and dry vermouth.
3. Stir.
4. Pressure into a chilled martini glass.
5. Top with a jalapeno pepper and a sprint of cayenne pepper.
