3 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce dry vermouth
1 teaspoon clam juice
1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Increase vodka, vermouth, and clam juice.
3. Shake.
4. Pour into a chilled martini glass.
5. Top with an olive crammed with smoked clam and a lemon twist.
