1 teaspoon powdered sugar
1 teaspoon water
2 1/2 ounces champagne
1. Squeeze juice of lemon or lime into a collins glass.
2. Incorporate sugar and water.
3. Stir.
4. Fill glass with shaved ice.
5. Include champagne.
6. Stir nicely.
7. Top with a slash of lemon and a straw.
