Crockpot Beef N Brew Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
- 3 medium onions, sliced
- 1 lb carrots, reduce into 1/2" slices
- 4 parsnips, slash into 1/2" slices
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 TBS snipped refreshing thyme or 1 tsp dried thyme, beaten
- 2 TBS simple cooking tapioca
- 1 1/2 kilos beef stew meat, reduce into 1" cubes
- 1 14 1/2 oz can beef broth
- 1 12 oz can beer
- 6 hrs. To provide, remove bay leaves; if working with new thyme, stir in just at the moment.
Directions:
1. Prep and measure ingredients.
2. Combine ingredients in the recommended order.
3. Adapted method:
Inside a 5 or 6 quart crockpot, vacation spot onions, carrots, parsnips, garlic, bay leaves, dried thyme, and pepper. Sprinkle with tapioca. Area meat upon greatest of greens. Inco
