Apricot Nut Bread

Ingredients:
- * 3/4 cup dried apricots
- * 1 cup flour
- * 2 tsp baking powder
- * 1/4 tsp baking soda
- * 1/2 tsp salt
- * 1/2 cup sugar
- * 3/4 cup milk
- * 1 egg, marginally overwhelmed
- * 1 Tbsp grated orange peel
- * 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- * 1/2 cup full wheat flour
- * 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Directions:
1. Prep and measure ingredients.
2. Combine ingredients in the recommended order.
