- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1/3 c. cooking oil
- 1 c. water

Directions:
1. Prep and measure ingredients.
