- 1 1/2 c. corn oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. floor cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. floor nutmeg
- 2 c. chopped, peeled apples
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c. raisins
Directions:
1. Prep and measure ingredients.
2. Combine ingredients in the recommended order.
3. Adapted method:
Fight oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla until eventually properly merged. Mix dry components and incorporate to sugar mix, overcoming properly. Stir in just apples, mad and raisins. Spo
