APPLE NUT CAKE

Ingredients:
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. peeled & diced apples
- 1 egg, effectively overwhelmed
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/2 c. gentle brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
1. Prep and measure ingredients.
2. Combine ingredients in the recommended order.
