Damp PINEAPPLE CAKE
Ingredients:
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 20 oz. can beaten pineapple (comprehensive contents, NOT worn out)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk (4 oz. out of a 5 oz. can)
- 3/4 adhere margarine (6 tbsp.)
- 1/2 c. insane
- 1 c. coconut
Directions:
1. Prep and measure ingredients.
2. Combine ingredients in the recommended order.
3. Adapted method:
Mix dry substances. Include other elements and blend. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 12 inch cake pan and bake concerning 45 minutes at 325 levels. Frost with Coconut Icing. -
4. Serve and enjoy.
