1. Prepare all ingredients and equipment before starting.
2. Build the dish in stages over medium heat, stirring as needed.
3. Adapted method: Rinse and pat catfish dry. Within just a shallow dish, combine with each other milk, salt, pepper, and paprika. Dip elements of fish within just milk mix. Roll fish within cornmeal and mounted elements upon waxed paper t.
