- 1 cup green bell peppers, slash into 1" squares
- 1 cup crimson bell peppers, slice into 1" squares

- 2 Tbsp. butter for sauting
Directions:
1. Prepare all ingredients and equipment before starting.
2. Build the dish in stages over medium heat, stirring as needed.
