Concealed Valley Ranch Dressing
Ingredients:
- 1 pound clean broccoli
- 1 weighty minced onion
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup incredibly hot milk
- 2 ounces crumbled Roquefort cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
Directions:
1. Prepare all ingredients and equipment before starting.
2. Build the dish in stages over medium heat, stirring as needed.
