- 5 cups (650 g) all-rationale flour or
- 3/4 tsp. (2 g) fast paced dry yeast
- 1 tbsp. (18 g) salt
- 14 oz. fresh new pork sausage, finely chopped
- 7 oz. (200 g) Bra Tenero or Cheddar cheese, diced
- Salt to style
