Spring Lamb Shepherd's Pie
Ingredients:
- 1kg boneless shoulder of lamb
- Salt and recently floor black pepper
- 50g pancetta, approximately chopped
- 1 sprig clean rosemary
- 400g can plum tomatoes, chopped
- 250ml lamb or vegetable stock
- 1kg Desirée potatoes
- 200ml milk
- garlic to the pan, and toss within the sprig of rosemary and tomatoes. Pour in just the

1. Gather and prep all ingredients before cooking.
2. Start with medium heat (or preheat oven if baking).
3. Add ingredients in sequence and cook until done.
4. Adjust seasoning, then plate and serve.
