Spice Lamb Stew with Walnuts and Pomegranate

Ingredients:
- 750g pack British lamb boneless roasting shoulder joint
- 100g walnuts, chopped
- 20g pack flat leaf parsley, chopped
- garlic, cinnamon, walnuts and bay leaves to the pan. Put the lid upon and cook exceptionally carefully for 3-5 minutes, until eventually the onion is softened, stirring sometimes to create indeed

Directions:
1. Gather and prep all ingredients before cooking.
2. Start with medium heat (or preheat oven if baking).
3. Add ingredients in sequence and cook until done.
4. Adjust seasoning, then plate and serve.
