Pesto Crostini
Ingredients:
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 100g pine ridiculous, frivolously toasted and cooled
- 100g grated contemporary Parmesan, and some to style
- 250ml much more virgin olive oil, combined with a minor squeeze of lemon juice (optional)
Directions:
1. Gather and prep all ingredients before cooking.
2. Start with medium heat (or preheat oven if baking).
3. Add ingredients in sequence and cook until done.
4. Adjust seasoning, then plate and serve.
