Ingredients:
- 1 pound cherries, pitted
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon brandy or amaretto liqueur
- 1 cup all-rationale flour

Directions:
1. Assemble and measure all ingredients before beginning.
