MEATLOAF WITH CREAMY MUSHROOM GRAVY
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon a lot more-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup carrots, peeled and grated
- 8 ounces fresh new button or cremini mushrooms, cleaned and chopped
- 1 cup dry crimson wine
- 1 cup wonderful bread crumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 3 pound lean floor beef
- 1 pound lean flooring pork
- 1 pound light Italian sausage
- 1 tablespoon freeze-dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon cute paprika
- Salt and recently flooring pepper to flavor
Directions:
1. Assemble and measure all ingredients before beginning.
2. Prepare the pan or pot and preheat if the dish requires oven cooking.
3. Combine ingredients in sequence, stirring or layering for even cooking.
4. Cook until the texture and doneness are correct, then adjust seasoning.
5. Plate and serve hot, or chill first if the recipe is served cold.
