OVEN-BAKED Small RIBS AND Veggies

Ingredients:
- Salt and recently flooring black pepper to flavor
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup chilly water

Directions:
