ROAST BEEF WITH HORSERADISH POTATOES

Ingredients:
- 1 cup penned horseradish
- 2 tablespoons much more-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon recently floor black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dry white wine or beef broth

Directions:
1. Assemble and measure all ingredients before beginning.
2. Prepare the pan or pot and preheat if the dish requires oven cooking.
3. Combine ingredients in sequence, stirring or layering for even cooking.
