YANKEE POT ROAST
Ingredients:
- 1 pound salt pork or bacon, lower into cubes
- Salt and recently floor black pepper to style
- 2 cups beef broth
- Water, if expected
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons all-reason flour
Directions:
1. Assemble and measure all ingredients before beginning.
