CHICKEN THIGHS Loaded WITH APRICOTS AND CHEESE
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1 cup provolone cheese, cubed
- 3 cup panko or unseasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon chopped clean thyme
Directions:
1. Assemble and measure all ingredients before beginning.
2. Prepare the pan or pot and preheat if the dish requires oven cooking.
