BEEF WITH Full-GRAIN SPAGHETTI
Ingredients:
- 4 ounces dried entire-grain or full-wheat spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon a lot more-virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried overwhelmed crimson pepper flakes
- 12 ounces cooked roast beef, lower into chunk-measurement parts
- 1 cup bottled roasted crimson cute peppers, weary and coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt to style
- 1 teaspoon recently flooring black pepper
- 2 cups clean baby arugula or spinach leaves
- 1 tablespoon snipped clean Italian flat-leaf parsley
- 1 ounce Romano cheese, grated or shaved
Directions:
1. Assemble and measure all ingredients before beginning.
