Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons further-virgin olive oil, as well as more for serving
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced into chunks
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano, overwhelmed
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1 pound kale, chopped
Directions:
1. Assemble and measure all ingredients before beginning.
2. Prepare the pan or pot and preheat if the dish requires oven cooking.
