PALAK PANEER: INDIAN SPINACH WITH Contemporary CHEESE

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon flooring turmeric
- 1 teaspoon flooring cumin
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 pound frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed, and chopped
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 ounces chicken broth
- 1 cup undeniable Greek yogurt
- 8 ounces paneer

Directions:
1. Assemble and measure all ingredients before beginning.
2. Prepare the pan or pot and preheat if the dish requires oven cooking.
3. Combine ingredients in sequence, stirring or layering for even cooking.
