Potatoe Onion Oatmeal

Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes, sliced
2 onions, sliced
2 cans Spam 8c water
12 eggs, beaten 1 tbs salt
1/4 cups milk 3 cups quick oatmeal

Directions:
oil 2 cups brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste 2 sticks margarine
Heat 1in oil in large skillet. Cook potatoes and Bring water and salt to boil. Add brown sugar and
onions until potatoes are soft. Drain oil. Add eggs, margarine. When at rolling boil, add oatmeal. Cook
milk, and Spam. Stir constantly until eggs are set. 5minutes, stirring constantly. Guaranteed to get you
Serve. going and keep you going on a cold weather
campout.
