Cola Cake Icing
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
3 tablespoons cocoa
6 tablespoons cola
1 box confectioners' sugar (about 4 cups)
1 cup broken pecans
Directions:
Combine the butter, cocoa, and cola in a saucepan and heat to boiling.
Pour over the powdered sugar and beat well. Add the pecans and stir well.
Pour over the hot cake. Let cool, then cut and serve.
