Slow Cooker Pork Chops in Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
Flour
Salt
Dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
6 pork chops, trimmed
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/3 cup water
Directions:
1. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt, mustard and garlic powder. Dredge the pork chops.
2. Brown the chops on both sides in the oil in a skillet. Place in the slow cooker.
3. Combine the soup and water and pour over the chops.
4. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, until tender. Thicken the pan juices, if desired, and serve with the chops.
