Garlic Ranch Dressing
Making homemade ranch dressing is more of an art than a science. I prefer to make my ranch dressing thin,
but some people prefer a thicker dressing. Therefore, use the buttermilk (milk also does the trick) to thin the
dressing until you’re satisfied. This is another classic you can cross off your grocery list because you can
make it yourself.
1¾ cuPs 1. Combine all the ingredients in a small nonreactive bowl
and whisk to combine.
2 cloves garlic, minced
2. Chill in a covered bowl in the refrigerator for at least 1
1 cup mayonnaise
