Concentrate Pomme Fizz

Ingredients:
1/2 ounce vermouth
1/2 ounce apple juice concentrate

Directions:
2ounces champagne
1.Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
2.Addvermouth and apple juice concentrate.
3.Shake.
4.Strain into a champagne glass.
5.Top with champagne.
6.Garnish with an apple chip.

Raspberries
1.Pour champagne into a champagne glass.
2.Add Chambord to taste.
3.Float raspberries on top.
