Bitter-product Pastry
Ingredients:
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 3 Tb. shortening
- 1/4 to 3/4 c. thick bitter product
Directions:
1. Unique step: Bitter-Product PASTRY
2. Unique step: 1 1/4 c. flour
3. Unique step: Sift the flour, salt, and soda jointly inside of a blending bowl. Chop within the shortening and include the product. Knead the paste a little bit and right after getting it out upon the board, divide it into halves. Progress inside the normal fashion for producing pastry.
