ROASTED RED PEPPER SOUP
ROASTING RED PEPPERS INTENSIFIES THEIR SWEET FLAVOR, BUT I’M NOT A FAN OF THE
STANDARD ROASTING METHOD—A MESSY PROCESS OF ROASTING, SEEDING, AND PEELING
THE WHOLE PEPPERS. I CONCOCTED MY OWN WAY OF DOING IT, AND IT WORKS PERFECTLY,
ESPECIALLY FOR THIS SOUP.
