Braised Cabbage & Bacon
Serves 2-4
This is a straightforward and luscious side to any turkey or beef entrée, and the
bacon adds a flavorful element to the braised cabbage. This recipe can replace any
of your usual green vegetable sides. The key to fast preparation is to have a very
finely chopped cabbage to allow for a faster cooking time.
