Sausages
Ingredients:
9 good pork sausages
4 tablespoons grainy mustard
4 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions:
Smear each uncooked sausage well with the grainy
mustard (you can use English mustard if you want a little
more kick, but use it sparingly). Dip and roll the sausages
in the brown sugar until they are thoroughly coated, then
grill them over hot charcoal or campfire embers
immediately. Keep turning them with tongs for 12-18
minutes until they are golden, slightly crispy, and cooked
throughout.

use this recipe when no one has any money. It’s pretty
tasty too – a bonza budget belly-filler.
