Pecan Fingers
Ingredients:
1 cup butter ½ cup chopped pecans
2/3 cup powdered sugar
Directions:
Cream together. Shape into fingers. Bake at 300º for 20 minutes. A good Christmas cookie.

2 ½ cups cake flour (or 2 cups if not using vanilla
cake flour) salt
